There are 39 villages in the Čiobiškis eldership, the largest of which are: Lapelės, Juknonys, Strazdai. In the center of the eldership - town of Čiobiškis. The area of the eldership - 6634 ha. There are about 674 inhabitants. Already around the XVI century Čiobiškis was a relatively larger town that had the rights of Magdeburg. The fate of Čiobiškis was determined by the roads - water and land that led to Vilnius. The city fell only when Jonava, Žasliai, Širvintos started to overshadow it.
- Preserved manor palace in classicism style, built at the end of XVIII century. The buildings surround a semi-enclosed courtyard. Čiobiškis manor was designed by Laurynas Stuoka-Gucevičius.
- John the Baptist brick church was built in the same style as the manor during 1810-1816.
- Arched bridge named after Darius and Girėnas, built in 1933 in memory of the legendary pilots.
- Next to the Darius and Girėnas bridge, on the shore of the Musė lake a water mill building has been standing for more than a hundred years. It is a unique technical monument with preserved authentic milling equipment, a wool carder (a similar carder has survived only in Estonia).
- In Čobiškis, there is a beautifully equipped sculpture park of folk artist Povilas Malinauskas "Malinauskų Takas" whose exhibition covers an area of almost 20 acres. This recreational place combines about 30 different sculptures and structures.
- During the summer, the Čiobiškis (divisions) ferry is constantly operating - the only unique river-driven ferry of its kind in Lithuania, a real Čiobiškis celebrity and a technical monument.
- In the neighborhoods of Čiobiškis, there were active resistance fights, the units of the Great Combat District also actively operated, led by Jonas Misiūnas which was also known as the green devil.
- The mound of Janonys is located in the southwestern part of the village about 3 km northeast of Čiobiškis, on the right shore of Musė near the intersection of Musė and Kaimena. Also known as Pikuolis mountain. The name is probably related to the name of Pikuolis, the God of dungeons. The mound is shrouded in legends. During the Soviet era Lithuanian hikers celebrated all Soul’s Day on it.
